Discussions are expected on Thursday April 23 between Lebanon and Israel in Washington. “It is a meeting at an ambassadorial level, which aims to study the logistical aspects of the negotiation, but we are not yet at a face-to-face meeting between two complete delegations from either side, this should come in the following weeks,” explains Ghassan Salamé, Lebanese Minister of Culture in an interview on France 24.
