As revealed by “Le Parisien”, the latter was summoned at the beginning of next September to the Nanterre judicial court after being implicated in a case of content depicting sexual abuse of children.
A hearing eagerly awaited by his lawyer, Margaux Mathieu, who is preparing to plead for release.
According to the lawyer, the leader would pay the price four years later for three test transactions carried out on darknet platforms. They had been carried out for professional prospecting purposes, before the creation of his start-up.
“Absolutely innocent”
Like the one targeted by the accusation, these transactions were to allow her, assures the lawyer, to better understand “how cryptocurrency wallets work”. “It was established during the investigation that my client had never downloaded, viewed or possessed any illicit content,” she adds.
“The investigation examined all his data, his consultations, his entourage,” she continues. He is absolutely innocent, and justice will recognize him. »
All these elements, however, are compatible with the plan unveiled at the beginning of March by the European agency Europol after the announcement of the identification of 440 clients of the “Alice with violence CP” platform.
More than 10,000 buyers defrauded
